Megan Barlow

Megan Barlow serves as the Business Manager at All Learners Network, where she supports the organization’s financial operations, business processes, and day-to-day systems that help ALN’s team do their best work.

Megan brings a diverse background in finance, operations, human resources, and education. Prior to joining ALN, she worked in financial operations at an independent school in Vermont, where her responsibilities spanned payroll, accounts receivable/payable, financial aid, employee onboarding, benefits administration, and operational process improvement. Her experience working across departments has shaped a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to building systems that are both efficient and supportive of the people using them.

She is especially passionate about creating thoughtful processes, solving problems, and finding ways to make complex operational work feel simpler and more manageable. Megan is excited to bring that experience to a mission-driven organization and to support ALN’s continued growth and its work with educators and learners across the country.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her dog Finn, and making the most of Vermont summers on Lake Champlain.
