Kim Tiberi

Kim Tiberi serves as a Business Development Representative at All Learners Network, where she partners with school and district leaders to help create equitable, high-quality learning experiences for all students. With more than seven years of experience in education, Kim brings a unique perspective shaped by her work as a science educator, academic advisor, admissions professional, and head hockey coach.

Prior to joining All Learners Network, Kim held leadership roles at independent schools throughout New England, where she taught biology, guided students and families, and led nationally competitive girls’ hockey programs. Her passion for education and relationship-building has always centered on helping students reach their full potential and supporting educators in creating meaningful learning experiences.

Kim is known for her collaborative approach, strong communication skills, and commitment to fostering positive outcomes for students and school communities. She is excited to work alongside educators across the country to support impactful instructional practices and help ensure every learner has the opportunity to thrive.

Kim earned her degree from Norwich University and currently resides in Vermont, where she continues to coach hockey and mentor young athletes.
