Facilitator
Erin Oliver is a Facilitator for All Learners Network. At ALN, Erin is passionate about disrupting a system of math instruction and support that currently doesn’t serve the needs of all students. She believes that system-wide changes are possible. Erin works hard to elevate educator voices as the experts of this complex craft and the change-leaders in our mission.
Erin served in many roles in education over 15 years in both urban and rural school districts. For 8 years, Erin worked in New Orleans, LA, during the post-Katrina education reform movement, helping to turn around a failing school. Erin served another 7 years in a small rural district in Vermont working to eliminate pull-out math intervention and embed support in the classroom using math menu. From kindergarten through eighth grade, Erin has been a classroom teacher, an interventionist, an RTI coordinator, an assistant principal, and an instructional coach.
