How do I pay?

Payments for individual ALO Unlimited memberships can be made through a Purchase Order or by Credit Card. You can process your subscription payment on our subscription page.

If you want to purchase multiple seats on behalf of a district or school, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us so we can assist you in that process and discount discounts for purchases of 10+ seats.

ALO Free memberships are free and do not require a payment method of any kind. 

Can I request a refund of my ALO subscription?

ALO Unlimited meberships are not refundable. There is no obligation to renew when the annual term ends. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we invite you to contact us and we will do all we can to make it right.

 
Can multiple teachers share one ALO account?

ALO accounts are intended for individual use only and are not meant to be shared.  Administrators who are interested in purchasing multiple seats can contact our team to discuss institutional discounts. 

What grade bands do ALO and AI Math Coach contain?

All Learners Network serves PK-12. All Learners Online has materials for PK-8. AI Math Coach has materials and pedagogical support for K-5, with a middle grade expansion in the works.

Not Ready to register for ALO Unlimited?

ALO Free is our limited, free membership that has access to a sampling of some of the resources available to ALO Unlimited members. ALO Free is a great way to get an idea of what is available in ALO Unlimited.

ALO Free members do not have access to our full resource libraries, our full course catalog, AI Math Coach, or the ALO collaboration spaces.
