The only way to improve math outcomes and achievement is through focusing on instructional practices and teachers' math content knowledge. All of us here at All Learners Network are committed to improving math pedagogy so that all students can access quality math instruction. Our approach to improving math instruction and math outcomes is centered on educator development and systems of support. We don't plan on being in your school or district for an eternity, but we do plan on leaving you with a structure that can continue, long after the professional development ends.
LOOKING TO GET STARTED
INTRODUCTORY PACKAGE
This option is perfect for districts that have budgetary limitations and/or want to just try piloting ALN before making a bigger commitment. This can be done completely virtually or hybrid. More coaching days, online memberships, workshops, and other add-ons could be added to this package.

Estimated Cost: $19,000 - $25,000*
*Actual pricing is determined after meeting with a district (often multiple times) and creating the specific plan that works best for them while driving the most impact. These estimates are based on work with one ALN facilitator. Additional facilitators may be required based on number of participating educators.
LOOKING TO DIVE IN
SUSTAINABLE CHANGE PACKAGE
This option is for districts that are ready to bring about systemic change in math education for all students through inclusive practices. This package will include building capacity with district leaders in order to address system-wide goals around inclusive and equitable math teaching practices. The sustainable change package encourages a strong, supportive relationship between ALN facilitators, district leaders, and educators participating in this system-wide growth and development. Below is the recommendation of what the first year of working together would look like.

- 10 Days of Embedded PD/Coaching
- Monthly Math Leadership Meetings
- ALO Memberships (system-wide)

Our Sustainable Change Package is our most robust and, therefore, complex offering. Like our other packages, we meet with prospective districts at length to determine the appropriate amount of PD, the number of facilitators based on number of participants, and more. The package price, as such, ranges significantly. Our approach follows this structure for the first year but is often significantly customized based on impact and district needs.
